Recently I find myself getting worked up a lot quicker than usual. Even the smallest thing, such as a car refusing to give me a gap in traffic, or bad service, seems to set me off. And I’ve noticed that most people around me react in the same way … tempers flare, words are exchanged and, in the end, the only thing we actually achieve is raising our blood pressure. This month, I’ve made a conscious decision to calm down and take inspiration from our cover star, the epitome of serenity and forgiveness, Nelson Mandela. Read all about
